Yoga is a spiritually inspiring, physical practice for those who seek balance in their lives. Studio Om’s instructors encourage students to listen to their bodies, respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace. From invigorating to relaxing, yoga can improve almost anyone's life. At Studio Om we offer yoga classes for all levels. Each level teaches relaxation after completion of the postures.

   
  The intention of the instructors at Studio Om is to assist students in the development of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being: a truly priceless health advantage. Studio Om offers ten-week sessions of classes four times per year. Courses offered include Hatha Yoga plus workshops in related topics.   The Yoga Center features well-trained, professional instructors whose prime concern is leading you to your path of well-being.
