People who benefit the most are those who are not already flexible, as yoga meets your body exactly where it is right now, not where you think it should be, and moves you to a more comfortable state. Yoga is a spiritually inspiring and physical practice for those who seek balance in their lives. From invigorating to relaxing, yoga can improve almost anyone's life.  At Studio Om we offer yoga classes for all levels. Courses offered include Chair, Gentle, Beginner, Vinyasa and Pre-natal yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, plus workshops in related topics. Each level teaches relaxation and meditation after the physical practice.
