Sarah Young, RYT-200 is a substitute instructor at Studio Om. Sarah has been practicing yoga for 10 years and is an avid yoga student.
Diane Spiezio, RYT-200 began attending one yoga class a week for the purpose of reducing stress. Now, nearly 4 years later she is not only a regular yoga practitioner, she also incorporates other forms of physical activity into her routine all of which she attributes to yoga.
Kelley Grant-Kelley, RYT-200 is a fiction writer and graphic designer who became hooked on yoga after buying her first yoga video 15 years ago. She has been practicing at Studio Om 2 1/2 years and focuses on mindfulness yoga and insight meditation.
Michelle Waugh-Brinkley, RYT-200 has been practicing yoga since 2008. Michelle says that in addition to strengthening her body, yoga has strengthened her relationships with God, family, and herself. Michelle is the mother of two, a PTA board member, and a do-it-yourselfer.
Sadie the Om Dog, filling in for Erika Twining, RYT-200. Erika has been practicing yoga for 6 years. She teaches many styles of dance as well as Yoga at The Ballet Academy in Newark, Ohio. She is assistant artistic director for the Central Ohio Youth Ballet. (Erika is not in the photo)
